On September 26th, Girls’ Generation – TTS performed on KBS’s “Music Bank”. This was the subunit’s first time appearing on “Music Bank” for this promotion cycle, and the three members sang “Adrenaline” and “Holler” from the new “Holler” mini-album. “Adrenaline” was performed in black outfits, and “Holler” was performed in white.

Billboard recently revealed that Girls’ Generation – TTS’s “Holler” debuted at the overall top spot of the music site’s “World Albums” chart. The subunit’s second mini-album also opened at #11 on Billboard’s “Heatseekers Albums” chart and the title track, “Holler”, started at #6 on Billboard’s “World Digital Songs” chart. Previously, the subunit’s first mini-album, “Twinkle”, also took first on the same chart in 2012, among other Billboard music chart accomplishments. By placing first on the “World Albums” chart twice with consecutive releases, Girls’ Generation – TTS made history by becoming the first female K-Pop group to achieve such a feat. Girls’ Generation is no stranger to placing on Billboard’s various charts as well, as its last two Korean group albums, “I Got A Boy” and “Mr.Mr.“, also found success.
Currently, Girls’ Generation – TTS’s “Holler” music video has reached nearly five million views since its September 16th release. Make sure to continue watching the music video and posting with the hashtags “#태티서” and “#Holler” on social networking sites, such as Twitter, to help “Holler” earn points on Korean music shows. For the trio’s second week of their comeback, the ladies took the stage for the first time on SBS MTV’s “The Show” and KBS’s “Music Bank“, while also winning first on MBC’s “M! Countdown“.

On September 27, Yoona attended Innisfree’s “Play Green Festival 2014″, held in the Seochu district of Seoul. Yoona attended the event with a casual look, wearing jeans and a white top as she posed for photos by the press.
Earlier this year, Innisfree launched several commercials with Yoona for its “Play Green” campaign. These CFs may be seen on the Innisfree YouTube channel.

On September 27th, Yuri revealed her Weibo account through an Instagram post. Yuri uploaded a photo onto her Instagram that gave a link to her Weibo, with a caption written in Chinese characters reading, “Hello everyone I am Kwon Yuri. I have opened a Weibo account. I am very happy to meet you all through this. I hope you all take care of yourselves”. The Korean text afterwards says, “Started Weibo. Follow follow me”.
Yuri is the third Girls’ Generation member to join the Chinese microblogging platform, after Jessicaand Sooyoung. Her account currently has two pictures, both with captions in Chinese.

Girls’ Generation’s “The Boys” music video recently broke the 100 million views mark on YouTube, making it the girls’ third music video to reach such an accomplishment. “Gee” was the group’s first music video to do so. “I Got A Boy“, which set records in its own right, also reached the same milestone this past July.
Girls’ Generation is the only K-Pop group to achieve the feat of having multiple music videos surpass 100 million views on YouTube. Also, “Gee”, “I Got A Boy”, and “The Boys” each currently rank fifth, seventh, and eighth overall respectively on YouTube’s all time “Most Viewed KPOP Music Videos” chart. “MR. TAXI” ranks tenth on the same list with 93 million views in total.

Girls’ Generation has released a new Japanese song titled “DIVINE”. The song was made available for purchase through online music stores earlier today. Users who purchase the song are eligible to enter a lottery for tickets to Girls’ Generation’s “THE BEST LIVE” concert at Tokyo Dome on December 9th. For more information (in Japanese), click here.
Girls’ Generation’s official Japanese Twitter account also announced that a music video will soon be released for “DIVINE”. The tweet described the video as being unique and different from the usual music video.

SM Entertainment has announced that Jessica is no longer part of Girls’ Generation, leaving the group with eight members. Jessica will remain as an artist under SM Entertainment, but will not promote with the other members. The entertainment label will continue to support both Jessica’s individual activities and the rest of the group.
Earlier this morning, Jessica posted on her Weibo account to inform fans that she would no longer be a member of Girls’ Generation. Her post read, “I was excited about our upcoming fan events only to shockingly be informed by my company and 8 others that as of today, I’m no longer a member. I’m devastated – my priority and love is to serve as a member of GG, but for no justifiable reason, I am being forced out”.
Jessica also later added a comment that has since been deleted, saying, “You guys are very special people that I love dearly, therefore you deserve to hear the truth from me. I’m deeply saddened and hurt by those who I trusted and hope that you don’t ever have to experience this kind of pain.”

Hello, this is Jessica.
On September 29th, I was notified by my company that I was being withdrawn from Girls’ Generation. I can’t hide my confused and upset heart, and want to express my position.
As a member of Girls’ Generation, I’ve put Girls’ Generation’s activities before my personal life and business. However, despite my hard work and dedication for the group, I was notified to leave the group by my company.
While planning my business that I’ve personally had lots of interest in for a while, I’ve sufficiently discussed things and sought understanding about my business with the SM company and members a number of times, from the beginning to recent times.
Early August, up until the launch of BLANC, I received consent and approval from SM about carrying out my business [alongside group activities]. I received congratulations from my members and started the business.
However, only one month after the launching, in early September, the members changed their positions and they called a meeting. After that, without proper reason, they requested for me to choose to either quit my business or to leave Girls’ Generation. I explained that I received permission from the company, I hadn’t neglected Girls’ Generation’s activities, and that I couldn’t end my business after one month of launching due to a contract with my business partner. As a result, I said that choosing is an unfair request.
Becoming a Girls’ Generation member has been the greatest thing in my life, and I never thought about quitting. I was taken aback, met with the company’s CEO on September 16th, and told them my position. The company’s consent regarding my running of the company [alongside group activities] was reconfirmed at this meeting.
However, on September 29th, I received a one-sided notification by the company to leave Girls’ Generation. Through that, I was not able to attend the fan meeting at Shenzhen, China that was planned for the next day, September 30th, and I’ve been excluded from all of Girls’ Generation’s activities thereafter.
More that anything, I’ve been hurt a great amount by my colleagues and the company that I spent over 15 years together with, pouring out my passion and affection, requesting that I leave Girls’ Generation because I’m running a business, and I cannot hide my regrettable feelings.
I want to apologize to the fans for making them worry. I would like for it to be understood that this situation is not what I wanted, and that I’ve always valued Girls’ Generation, and I always will. Thank you for always supporting and loving me unconditionally.

It is abruptly revealed that sisters Jessica and Krystal have more in store for their fans but apparently goes on hold until further notice.
According to program officials of cable channel OnStyle, Jessica and Krystal are actually preparing a unit debut with all songs from their album have already been recorded. They added, "After their MV shooting, we plan to film the 2nd season of the reality program 'Jessica and Krystal."
However, according to them, they feel regretful with everything on hold after Jessica is dropped out of her group and with all her activities are halted.

TaeTiSeo carried out their fansigning event in the afternoon of October 1 at Lotte Department Store Cheongnyangni, Seoul. The event started 30 minutes later than originally scheduled.
With the drop out of Jessica from SNSD, fans have all their eyes and ears to SNSD members especially after their fanmeeting in China on 30th.
Fans who attended the 'Holler' fansigning have unanimous fanaccounts written on internet community saying that Taeyeon had made a statement and cried as she said, "Right from the start, I've only wanted to protect Girls' Generation. That's all I am thinking about. I'm sorry for making you all of through this. From now on, we will try harder to make sure only good things to happen."

On October 2nd, Seohyun attended the Lolita Lempicka cocktail party in Cheongdam-dong, Seoul. The signature event was for Amore Pacific’s perfume line by fashion designer, Lolita Lempicka. Seohyun arrived to the event in a dark blue and black dress, happily posing for pictures for the press members in attendance.

On October 5th, SBS’s “Inkigayo” aired a performance of “Holler” by Girls’ Generation – TTS which was pre-recorded on September 21st. The members of Girls’ Generation are currently in Japan for the second night of “SMTOWN LIVE WORLD TOUR IV” in Tokyo. The broadcast concludes this week’s promotions for “Holler” by the subunit, who appeared on Mnet’s “M! Countdown“, KBS’s “Music Bank“, and MBC’s “Show! Music Core“. The group won second place on tonight’s show.

On October 4th, MBC aired a pre-recorded episode of “Show! Music Core” with Girls’ Generation – TTS. Performances for this week’s episode were recorded last week at the “Sky Festival” on September 27th, where Taeyeon, Tiffany, and Seohyun performed “Holler” and “Twinkle” while wearing multi-colored outfits. After their performance and win on KBS’s “Music Bank” on October 3rd, Taeyeon, Tiffany, and Seohyun guested on “Yoo Heeeyeol’s Sketchbook”. The last time the subunit appeared on the show was in June 2012, during promotions for their “Twinkle” mini-album. Girls’ Generation also appeared on the show this past March to perform “Mr.Mr.” and several other songs.

On October 6th, BLANC revealed a new photo of Jessica on its website and Facebook page. Along with the picture was an announcement revealing the company’s new name: “BLANC & ECLARE”. The article explains, “Derived from the Latin root Clara, ECLARE expresses clarity and brightness, virtues highly held by Founder and Head Designer, Jessica Jung.” With this rebranding, BLANC & ECLARE hopes to continue “presenting fresh, modern classic designs to the fashion industry”.
New partnerships and collections will be revealed in the following weeks, including new designs and other projects. In addition, the headquarters will be moving from Hong Kong to New York City sometime in the next year.
In regards to this latest development, Jessica commented, “Although the unveiling of ECLARE was sooner than expected, I am proud to be taking BLANC & ECLARE to the next level. 'THE TaeTiSeo' features Soyu, Bora, and Heechul as close idol friends of TaeTiSeo
SISTAR's Soyu revealed that Seohyun is not as closed off as she had initially thought while Heechul revealed that his favorite idol vocalist is Taeyeon on the October 7 edition ofOnStyle's 'THE TaeTiSeo'.
This week's episode of 'THE TaeTiSeo' featured close idol friends of the girls. Taeyeon,Tiffany, and Seohyun were seen busily preparing for their guests to arrive with sweet desserts. Seohyun had invited SISTAR's Soyu, Tiffany invited Bora, and Taeyeon called over Super Junior's Heechul as her close friend.
Soyu then revealed that she always thought Seohyun would be a bit closed off but that was not the case as Seohyun first approached her brightly.
Also on the episode, Heechul revealed, "I like Taeyeon's voice. When someone asks me who sings the best out of any girl group, I pick Taeyeon," and proceeded to imitate Taeyeon's singing.
Soyu then sighed as she said, "So lucky. When someone imitates me, they make hoarse sounds."

This past weekend, on October 4th and 5th, Girls’ Generation performed at “SMTOWN LIVE WORLD TOUR IV” in Tokyo, the second stop in S.M. Entertainment’s world tour. Despite the rainy weather, the show still went on with the girls bringing their best for their fans. The concert’s setlist, including special stages and collaborations between the artists, was similar to the Seoul concert, with an emphasis on Girls’ Generation’s Japanese releases. Girls’ Generation – TTS also performed “Holler” for the first time on tour. Sooyoung was not present for either day due to prior commitments filming for her drama, “Springtime of My Life”. During the concerts, scenes from Girls’ Generation’s unreleased version of the “DIVINE” music video were also shown.

YoonA and g.o.d's Danny Ahn reported to make guest appearances on 'Roommate'
According to an exclusive by Star News, multiple broadcasting reps disclosed to the media outlet that Girls' Generation's YoonA and g.o.d's Danny Ahn will be appearing on 'Roommate'!
The various insiders revealed, "YoonA and Danny Ahn wrapped up a recent recording of SBS's variety program 'Roommate 2.'" As expected the two are said to have come on the show as special guests out of friendship with fellow Girls' Generation member Sunny in the case of YoonA and g.o.d member Park Joon Hyung in the case of Danny Ahn.
This particular episode is said to be airing sometime later this month, so be on the lookout!

Project group S (Kangta, Hyesung, and Lee Ji Hoon) to reportedly return with MV starring Girls' Generation's Yuri
Girls' Generation's Yuri is reported to be starring in an upcoming MV for the return of '90s idols' project group S, which is made up of H.O.T's Kangta, Shinhwa's Hyesung, and actor-singer Lee Ji Hoon!
Multiple music insiders told Star News on the 11th, "Yuri has been chosen as the female lead for S's upcoming MV."
It has been reported that Yuri will show her support for labelmate Kangta through the cameo, and will showcase her acting skills as previously seen in SBS' drama 'Fashion King' and the movie 'No Breathing'.

On October 9th, Girls’ Generation – TTS appeared Mnet’s “M! Countdown”. Before performing, Taeyeon, Tiffany, and Seohyun were first featured on “M! Countdown Begins”, a segment which shows behind-the-scenes footage of the music show from the previous week. Though short, the girls were their usual silly selves, treating the backstage hallway as a fashion runway.
During the broadcast, the three ladies were presented their first place trophy from the previous week. They thanked fans for their continuous support and even showed aegyo. Finally, Girls’ Generation – TTS performed “Holler” on the “M! Countdown” stage. Dressed in all white outfits, the members gave another energetic and enthusiastic performance.

On October 11th, Girls’ Generation – TTS sang “Holler” on “Show! Music Core”. The subunit chose the silvery outfits seen in the “Holler” music video for this performance.
Girls’ Generation – TTS was the last group to perform for the afternoon, and afterwards, Taeyeon, Tiffany, and Seohyun were announced as the winners of this week’s “Show! Music Core” chart. During their acceptance speeches, the members thanked their fans and the SM Entertainment staff.

The subunit chose black and gold outfits for the final rendition of “Holler”, which concluded the show. Girls’ Generation – TTS and the Jung sisters have been nominated for Mnet’s “2014 Style Icon Awards“. The awards show again asks, “Who are the 10 Style Icons who have inspired your life?” Jessica and Krystal together are described as “The Jung Sisters with Superior Genes”, while Girls’ Generation – TTS is called, “The Role Model for All Unit Groups”. OnStyle aired special television series for both, with the raw episodes being available for download in Soshified’s Video Downloads Section.
Fans must first register with Mnet before voting. Fans can vote once per day and must select ten different nominees at once in order to submit a ballot. Global online voting and OnStyle KakaoTalk will count for 30% of a nominee’s total score.
The online voting period will end on October 20th at 2:00 PM KST. Mnet’s “2014 Style Icon Awards” ceremony is set for October 28th at 7:00 PM KST.

Girls' Generation's Taeyeon thanked everyone who were able to make their latest promotions at Taetiseo such a smashing success.
"It was short and sweet promotions for 'Holler', but thanks to you who enjoyed and looked forward to us, we could promote happily," she posted on Instagram yesterday. "To the staff members who worked hard with us from the preparatory stages, thank you so much. SONEs, I love you."
"And to our Tiffany and Seohyun, who worked the hardest of all and to whom I am most thankful towards. Your lovely ambition is so beautiful and important to me. I love you," shewrote.

On September 27th, Taeyeon, Tiffany, and Seohyun appeared on KBS’s “Guerilla Date”. The three mingled with fans on the street and started by first recognizing the fan with the loudest “holler”. Later, the three split up and paired with three other fans, and each Girls’ Generation – TTS member had to try and get her partner to guess a word or phrase by giving verbal hints or miming actions.
Afterwards, the subunit returned with the host to the studio, where the three proceeded to grade themselves on various aspects, from “voice” to “comedic talent”. They also briefly discussed other topics, such as their initial reaction to their subunit name.

Taeyeon receives advice from Heechul, thanks Tiffany, + the girls reveal they're happy on 'THE TaeTiSeo' finale

It was an emotional episode on the October 14 airing of On Style's 'THE TaeTiSeo'.
At one point, Heechul was giving Taeyeon advice, which moved her to tears. He said, "Don't look at the internet and don't listen to people whose faces you don't know. People whom you can see like this put their name on the line when they talk to you. However, other people..." and pretended to be typing on the computer, making people laugh. He continued, "Don't be in pain. Anymore," and gently stroked Taeyeon's hair.
Taeyeon told him, "Thank you for coming," to which he replied, "In our relationship, let's not say thanks or sorry."
Taeyeon also showed her gratitude towards Tiffany. The production crew was preparing a secret video for Tiffany, so they asked Taeyeon what she was grateful for in regards to her groupmate.
She said, "There were a lot of times I was thankful. When I was home for over a week, she came and dragged me out, saying I was going to get depressed like that. She lets me get some fresh air. She's someone who can change my moods."
In addition, this was their last episode of 'THE TaeTiSeo,' so they were asked the same question from the production crew they were asked at the very beginning of the show: "Are you happy?"
While they were unable to readily answer the question previously, the members now all said, "We're happy."
Taeyeon said, "I earnestly thought about happiness. However, I was able to find it nearby rather than from somewhere far away." Seeing this, Tiffany said with surprise, "Taeyeon has changed."
The three then shed tears as they received presents from the production crew. Tiffany said in thanks, "What I prayed for while promoting as TaeTiSeo was to meet people who would trust us and view us preciously."

Jessica's 'BLANC & ECLARE' to collaborate with 'Help For Children' charity and launch a design competition
Jessica continues to move forward with her brand, as 'BLANC & ECLARE's head designer has announced on her brand's website that she will be collaborating with charity 'Help For Children' by launching a design competition.
Those interested in submitting to Jessica's design competition can submit their sketches togiving.contest@blancgroup.com. Submissions will be accepted until the November 20, 2014 deadline, and a short list will be provided for the public to vote on.
'Help For Children' is a charity organization that aims to "prevent and treat child abuse." Through the design competition, 'BLANC & ECLARE' will be inviting the public to design their own pair of sunglasses. The winning design will join the 'BLANC & ECLARE' collection and 100% of its profits will go to the 'Help For Children' charity.
Jessica has commented on this new initiative, saying, "Launching 'BLANC & ECLARE' has been a dream come true and I am so proud and excited to be able to share that dream with 'Help For Children' who are very close to my heart. Jessica is reported to be making her first public appearance as a designer at Chinese department store chain 'Lane Crawford's 1st anniversary event in Shanghai, China!
According to Dispatch, Jessica recently departed for China to attend 'Lane Crawford's 1st anniversary event in Shanghai, China with Tyler Kwon on the 16th. This will mark her first public appearance as the head designer of 'BLANC & ECLARE'.
'Lane Crawford's rep apparently stated, "To celebrate the 1st anniversary of the opening of our department store, 'BLANC & ECLARE' founder Jessica will personally attend [the event]... She will sell her sunglasses at 'Lane Crawford'."
With this upcoming attendance, Jessica is expected to kick off the expansion of her line in China, starting in 'Lane Crawford' stores in Shanghai and Chengdu.

Sunny and Lee Kuk Ju spend a fun time with special guest YoonA on the set of 'Roommate'
SBS' 'Roommate' got SONEs excited for the episode to come with a BTS photo of Girls' Generation's Sunny and Lee Kuk Ju with special guest YoonA!
According to the producers, Sunny invited fellow member YoonA to her share house in Seongbukdong, Seoul for a housewarming party. As mentioned previously, g.o.d's Park Joon Hyung also invited Danny Ahn, and Otani Ryohei invited Chaeyeon for dinner.
YoonA was the last guest to arrive, and surprised the roommates with her visit. YoonA greeted the roommates as she shared, "I've been a devoted viewer of 'Roommate' since season 1," and gifted them with a cake. As she got a tour of the house, YoonA couldn't stop laughing at Lee Kuk Ju's jokes, and YoonA returned the favor as she performed "Gee" and other hit songs from her group as a special treat. On October 18th, Girls’ Generation performed alongside other S.M. Entertainment acts at the “SMTOWN LIVE WORLD TOUR IV” in Shanghai, China. The girls were again without Sooyoung due to her previous commitments to filming for “Springtime of My Life”.
Before traveling to Shanghai for the concert, Tiffany posted a cute photograph of Sunny and herself on Instagram with a caption translating to, “Let’s go to Shanghai! Today’s partner too #SweetyHoney taking off now from incheon! see you soon #shanghaisones #2NY”. The concert setlist was similar to that of the Seoul and Tokyo stops. The seven ladies performed various group hits while also participating in special collaborations with their fellow artists. Girls’ Generation – TTS also took the stage once again to perform “Holler”.

Jessica addresses marriage rumors with Tyler Kwon
With rumors and speculations about a potential marriage still afloat, Jessica is said to have addressed the issue herself during an interview with Chinese media outlets.
Domestic press TVDaily reported recently that Jessica spoke with Chinese news sources about the rumors while she was attending the '2014 Mission Hills World Celebrity Pro-Am' on the 23rd.
Regarding her new start as a designer, she told one Chinese media, "I'm very excited about a new beginning. I hope everyone feels this way as well." When asked to address the marriage rumors, the idol-turned-designer is reported to have commented, "It's not true. I don't have plans of marriage as of right now... However, like how all women dream of marriage, I think I will also marry someday."

On October 21st, Seohyun paid a visit to the filming set of “Springtime of My Life”, Sooyoung’s current drama, airing on MBC. She had said that enjoyed “Springtime of My Life” the most and wanted to meet the cast, bringing them churros, beverages, and many other snacks as gifts. On October 23rd, Tiffany attended the “LOVE YOUR W” event in Seoul. This was “W Korea” magazine’s ninth breast cancer awareness campaign to promote early screening of breast cancer along with a healthy and active lifestyle for women. Proceeds from the event are donated to breast cancer charities and organizations. Jessica was a guest at the annual event in 2011 and 2012 as well.

Over the past few days, Jessica has been in China as a special guest of the “Mission Hills World Celebrity Pro-Am” in Haikou. Later in the day, Jessica attended the first press conference for the “Mission Hills World Celebrity Pro-Am”. Jessica was interviewed by the press, including YOKA Men’s Network. One question in particular that she answered was, “Do you think golf, or singing and dancing, is harder?” She replied, “I’ve been dancing and singing since I was little, and I’ve just started to play golf, so I think golf is pretty hard; you need to pay attention to all aspects of balance, strength, and more. But I like challenges, so I will diligently accept this one.” Jessica also won the “Popularity Award” for the “Mission Hills World Celebrity Pro-Am” with over 800,000 votes. Jessica was very grateful for the honor and thanked her fans for the support. She received the award while posing for a picture with YOKA vice president, Sandy.
The day ended with the “Mission Hills World Celebrity Pro-Am” red carpet event. Arriving in a stunning white dress, Jessica brightly smiled as she walked down the red carpet, greeted her fans, and posed for photos. On October 28th, Girls’ Generation – TTS attended Mnet’s “2014 Style Icon Awards” at Dongdaemun Design Plaza in Seoul. At least year’s “2013 Style Icon Awards“, Sunny and Sooyoung were attendees at the event with Sooyoung winning the “Best K-Style” award. The day before the show, Tiffany posted a picture and caption on her Instagram account expressing her excitement about being invited to the awards ceremony due to the tremendous fan support.

On October 31st, Tiffany attended the Jerome Dreyfuss flagship store opening in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. Earlier in the day, Tiffany also made an appearance with Taeyeon and Seohyun at LG U+’s “iPhone 6 Launch Event“. Arriving at the store in an all black outfit and bag designed byJerome Dreyfuss, Tiffany happily smiled for photos for the press members and fans in attendance.
